Here is another advertisement that I recently came across that may account for another undocumented red earthenware potter in Vermont in the 1800s. This ad was published in the Vermont Sentinel and Democrat on May 21, 1824. The ad announces that Henry Dennison has established a red earthenware business in Burlington, Vermont, where Dennison says he can make "...any size, form or shape, that shall be wanted."
Furthermore I cannot find any record of a potter by this name working in the Vermont area in the 1800s so this may also be an undocumented potter today.
Note: I have also included a second ad from Vermont where the subscriber is in search of potters to work for him.
