Northeastern Stoneware: Now Available in Massachusetts

If anyone is looking for good examples of Vermont, Connecticut and perhaps Massachusetts or New York stoneware, these three pieces are currently for sale at Antiques Associates at West Townsend, Massachusetts.

Left to right, we have: a nineteenth century stoneware churn marked “Nichols & Boynton / Burlington, VT”; a three-gallon stoneware water cooler made in either Massachusetts or New York; and a nineteenth century stoneware crock from Hartford Connecticut marked “Goodwin & Webster."
