An Extraordinary 19th Century Stoneware Water Cooler Displayed at the State House in Columbus, Ohio

In case you are not aware of this extraordinary nineteenth century stoneware water cooler manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, this picture was posted yesterday by Kathy Nisky to a Salt-Glazed Stoneware (and Albany-Slip) Group on Facebook. The sixteen gallon water cooler is inscribed with an American eagle and shield, as well as impressed "Wm KELSEY/ AMERICAN HOUSE / COLUMBUS / OHIO / 16." It is currently on display at the State House in Columbus, Ohio.
