A Wonderful 19th Century Painted Red Earthenware Vase Recently Discovered in Southern Maine

This is another object that I discovered earlier this week in southern Maine, where the dealer also said that this was recently found in Maine. I have not conducted any research about this nineteenth-century red earthenware vase, yet, but it is American-made. The paint is also original, as it was added after this object had been removed from the potter's kiln. The floral scene appears (to me) to have been painted by a skilled artist.
