Today's post announces my latest research article that was just published by Antiques & Auction News about the Norwalk, Connecticut, Long Island and Clinton, New York potter, John Betts Gregory (1782-1842), titled, "The Wares Made By John Betts Gregory In Clinton, New York: An Examination Of Empire State Regional Redware." I actually visited the site of the pottery with my niece and nephew two summers ago, which is a large part of the story.
